One of the objectives for the Ketagalan Culture Center is to establish education training and development center.

According to the goals of “Re-build Competitiveness for Indigenous Peoples” and “Showcase the Quality of Indigenous Arts and Culture” projects, the government has planned for training programs each year. It is to cultivate professional skills for indigenous youth. The plan is to strengthen individual competitiveness, make them familiar with the required knowledge and training for the workplace, prior to entering into the job market.

Although we are new at conducting education training seminars, but we have received high praise from the students within a short time. This is one of the main motivations for our development of education training programs. In the future, we are to undertake education training in a sustainable way of management. It is to target the needs of each ethnic groups, plan for multifaceted training seminars, expand service to Taipei citizens, thus fulfill the working objectives of the Center.
